Comprehensive Online EFT Skills Training

Includes actual recorded EFT sessions for enhanced learning
12 Continuing Education Credits ($50)
The course includes a thorough introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (“EFT/Tapping”), along with opportunities to tap-a-long and practice the technique. Actual recorded EFT sessions are included as extra modules. Intermediate and Advanced students will be able to review techniques, identify how to integrate tapping with other modalities and increase skills and confidence. What’s included:

- Tap-along practice opportunities

- Facebook group: you can ask questions here and the instructor will answer them weekly

Prerecorded Online EFT Practitioner Calls
These packages contain recordings of six EFT past practice calls. Each package covers unique material with a different group of participants and each call is unique. I start each call by covering a short EFT topic and the remainder of the calls include questions from participants and group or individual tapping. The videos are unedited and not professionally produced. There are various packages available on the shop page.

EFT Universe Certification Trainings
Due to covid, these workshops are currently taking place online. You are welcome at any of my workshops, including the professional track workshops, even if you are not a mental health professional, and even if you do not intend to complete the certification track. Email me at [email protected] if you are unsure about signing up. As a mentor and trainer for EFT Universe, I offer the EFT Universe Certification training for professional use. The professional certification track includes an online seminar, a four day workshop, a two day practice intensive, mentoring, and other requirements. This program is administered by EFT Universe and the requirements are detailed at eftuniverse.com. You are welcome to attend my four day workshops even if you do not intend to continue with the certification process.
The EFT Seminar
Before the live in-person four-day professional workshop, participants have the opportunity to take an online course called The EFT Seminar. It’s free, and it includes a knowledge quiz at the end. The EFT Seminar is recommended but not mandatory for my workshops. You can attend the workshop even if you have not been able to complete the online course.
Four Day Professional Skills Training
The professional EFT training takes place over four days and is focused on learning the skills to offer EFT to clients. If you are interested in completing the EFT Universe certification program, you can sign up for this workshop here and visit the EFT Universe website for more information. If you are not an EFT Universe certification candidate, you may still be able to attend the certification workshops. Please email me before signing up if you are not complete the EFT Universe certification to make sure the workshop is right for you.

Two Day Practice Intensive
The two-day practice workshop will focus entirely on practicing EFT skills.
- If you are an EFT Universe certification candidate, you must have completed the Four Day Professional Workshop and have submitted your first batch of notes to your mentor. Check with your mentor before registering.
- If you are not completing the EFT Universe certification, please contact me before registering.

EFT, “Emotional Freedom Techniques” (also called “Tapping”), is a powerful self-help method based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. It affects specific meridian lines based on ancient Chinese holistic healing traditions. EFT is drugless, noninvasive, requires no expensive equipment, and helps to establish a healthy state of balance. As a result of its success, EFT is spreading quickly among the holistic healing community.
Sometimes described as “acupuncture without needles, “clinical trials have shown that EFT/tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, combined with Acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on twelve acupuncture points. Over 20 clinical trials published in peer-reviewed medical and psychology journals have demonstrated that EFT is effective for phobias, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, pain, and many other problems.
Unlike many online EFT courses, this program will be LIVE, giving you the opportunity to learn in real time with your fellow students. You will also be able to join a private Facebook group for supplemental learning. Through lecture, questions and answers, examples, and experiential learning—including breakout classrooms for individual practice sessions, you’ll gain readily applicable and practical skills to improve your life and the life of your loved ones.
EFT Training is open to all levels, beginner to advanced, as well as practitioners of other types of energy work and healing therapies. You will see personal shifts during the workshop and leave the workshop with the confidence and ability to use the technique on your own.
